On December 6, 2020, Agritage Vietnam and the residents of Buot village in Chieng Yen commune, Van Ho, Son La welcomed the filming crew of the Voice of Vietnam Television Channel (VOVTV) to visit the village and record the ” sweet fruits” of Agritage Vietnam’s Heritage Agriculture model.
In 2019, with technical and financial support from the Australian Government through the GREAT Program, Agritage Vietnam accompanied farmers in Buot village, Chieng Yen commune, Van Ho district, Son La to gradually restore agricultural farming model based on indigenous knowledge. In addition to organic agricultural products, Agritage Vietnam and the people in the village realize the potential for ecotourism development and experience tourism in the village, so they should step by step develop the agricultural-tourism village.
During the previous 3 years, Agritage Vietnam has been like a bridge between the village and friends everywhere. The potentials and beautiful scenes of the village were recorded and widely shared by media groups. The village is on a journey of change day by day, in terms of quality and quantity, but still preserving its roots, national cultural identity and natural ecosystem around the village.
